ENW and Ofgem consult with many stakeholders to determine what the services provided by ENW should be, how they should be delivered, and what they should cost.
ENW have embarked on a series of consultation steps with stakeholders in the North West and nationally. The output material from these activities can be found below.

Low Carbon Energy Market Survey
ENW commissioned an independent survey to understand how the low carbon energy market may develop in the North West, and how ENW can assist. 45 organisations were interviewed as part of the work. Interim results were presented at our 2nd stakeholder workshop, and further details are available below.
